7 Day Shipping & Returns
All shipments within Canada are based on a Flat Rate of thirteen dollars and fifty cents ($13.50) CDN, within 7 days. Actual shipping costs including applicable taxes will be added to the total cost of all items purchased. An email confirmation of all purchases will be sent prior to Credit Card processing. Cheque and money orders will be shipped once full payment has been processed.
Shipping Restrictions
At the present time Humphreys will only ship to locations within Canada and the United States. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products and destinations. These restrictions include remote areas, hazardous or over-sized products, and complexity in exporting some items.
Order Processing
Contact us if you have any questions about the status of an order placed by phone, fax, or online. We can inform you if your order has been confirmed, when it was shipped, and help you track it through UPS or Canada Post.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel an order anytime before it has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, you can still return or exchange it at our store within 30 days.
Warranty, Returns and Exchanges
Like many retailers we guarantee our products; if an item has “not” met your expectations, you can bring it back. Simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit within 30 days of purchase. Returning by Mail
Within Canada
Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post.
Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.
From the United States
Ship goods prepaid, by insured Surface Mail. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods returning" on the outside of the package.
Please Note: Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and Humphreys Pilot Shop will refuse your return.
If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage. Where applicable, please contact your local customs office for information about any taxes or duties that may be assessed on a return shipment.
